In assisting with open communication between staff and student processes, please be aware that within 24 to 48 hours of a student graduating (at a ceremony or in absentia) their RMIT email account will be deactivated.

This includes deactivation of their student email and other RMIT systems such as Canvas. All Library resources will still be accessible as an RMIT alumnus.

Leading up to program completion, please encourage students to transfer their RMIT emails to their personal account and download any documents they may want to keep to their own personal device.

Students should ensure that their personal email account in Enrolment Online is up-to-date so they continue to receive relevant RMIT communication and the issuance of their award documentation online via My eQuals.
